I often find it hard to take photos of London's most iconic high-rise buildings - Robin Hood's Estate or The Barbican.

Their iconic weight - and the nagging sense that they've been "over-photographed" - can feel overbearing.

I prefer to photograph the visually nondescript,densely populated tower-blocks

which are scattered across the city.
